Your exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills will be vital, as you will manage daily interactions regarding scheduling requests and changes. Attention to detail is essential, as you’ll be responsible for accurate data entry and patient importation for multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) at least twice a day. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical terminology preferred
• 2 years’ experience as a Scheduling Coordinator/Anesthetist Scheduler preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and comprehension skills.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Proficient in computer skills.
